As an NSAID, you should not take more Zorvolex than prescribed or take it for longer than prescribed, as it increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, and ulcers. Common side effects include drowsiness or dizziness, headache, swelling or pain in your arms or legs, increased sweating, itching, increased blood pressure, stuffy nose, stomach pain or gas, indigestion, nausea or vomiting, and constipation or diarrhea. Rare but severe side effects that require immediate medical attention include: allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, hives, swelling in the face or lips, swelling in the tongue or throat), anxiety, confusion, unusual tired feeling, trouble concentrating, severe headache, lightheadedness, flu-like symptoms, fever, burning sensation in your eyes, pounding in your ears, shortness of breath, nose bleed, sore throat, unusually pale skin, jaundice, itching, any kind of skin rash no matter how mild, skin pain followed by a red or purple rash with blistering and peeling that spreads especially in the upper body, rapid weight gain, swelling in your ankles or feet, loss of appetite, severe nausea, vomiting or coughing up blood or what looks like coffee grounds, upper stomach pain, painful urination or inability to urinate, dark urine, clay-colored stool, bloody or tarry stool.
