This is a doctor only coupon. These coupons have been widely distributed by Sanofi-Aventis pharmaceutical sales representatives. There is a good chance that your doctor has a supply of these coupons on hand.
If he does not have any of these coupons he needs to get in touch with his Sanofi-Aventis representative who promotes Xyzal.
If he does not have a Sanofi-Aventis representative who promotes Xyzal, should call the Sanofi-Aventis customer service center at
1-800-362-7466 and request that a representative stop by and drop off the coupons.
Only practitioners who normally prescribe antihistamines (i.e., allergists, dermatologists, family practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, etc.) qualify to participate in this program.
This program is generally not appropriate for doctors who do not routinely prescribe antihistamines (such as surgeons, retired doctors, gynecologists, cardiologists, oncologists, etc.)
Pharmacists may not request these coupons.
