Rapaflo is an alpha-adrenergic blocker (or alpha-blocker) that is used to alleviate certain symptoms of BPH (a.k.a., benign prostatic hyperplasia, or enlarged prostate), including frequent or urgent need to urinate, painful urination, or difficulty urinating, which may include dribbling, hesitation, incomplete emptying of your bladder, or a weak urine stream.
Rapaflo Side Effects:
Some side effects may require immediate medical attention, including allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, hives, swelling in the face or lips, swelling in the tongue or throat), fainting or feeling as though you may faint, and priapism (a potentially painful erection that lasts for 4 or more hours). Common side effects are abnormal ejaculation, diarrhea, sore throat, runny nose, mild headache, and mild dizziness.
