How it works:

2- After you hit "submit" you will be brought to a "Thank You" page. In the middle of the page look for the part that offers you a rebate form. It is in small letters so you have to look carefully.
3 - When you click on that link, you will be allowed to print out a special rebate certificate. Mail it in with your pharmacy receipt and they will send you a check for $10.00 in 3 to 4 weeks.
