Metrogel Coupons and Discounts
MetroGel is a topical medication used to treat certain symptoms of rosacea in adults. A small amount is applied as a thin layer over affected skin either once or twice daily. Despite the availability of a generic and alternate brands, the retail price of MetroGel remains high -- upwards of $350 for one tube. Fortunately, we can help with the cost of MetroGel with a coupon or discount card that will save 75%. To find out more about MetroGel, our coupon, or a manufacturer coupon, please see the sections below.

Unfortunately, Galderma, the manufacturer, does not offer a MetroGel coupon or other discount at this time. However, you should check back on this page often. We at Internet Drug Coupons are always watching for drug manufacturer discounts or rebate opportunities to share. If a manufacturer discount becomes available, the details will be listed here, and a link will be provided to the appropriate site.

MetroGel is for external use only and should not be confused with MetroGel Vaginal, which is used to treat infections inside the vagina. MetroGel is a topical antibiotic used to treat certain symptoms of Acne Rosacea, including sores and skin redness. Please note, rosacea is chronic and MetroGel can only help alleviate its symptoms, not cure it. The medication is available in either a squeeze tube or a gel pump.
Metrogel Side Effects:
Common side effects include: metallic taste in your mouth, nausea, tingling or numbness in your hands or feet, mild stinging sensation or other irritation with redness at the application site, scaly or dry skin with itchiness at or around the application site. However, some side effects may be severe and require medical attention. Metrogel Generics & Similar Drugs:
Generic MetroGel, called metronidazol topical, is available, and there are several other brand options available as a cream or a gel: Rosadan, Noritate, MetroCream, and MetroLotion. It is also important to note that when you get MetroGel, you must be sure that it is not MetroGel Vaginal (or vice versa), as this is specifically for treating infections inside the vagina. The two medications are not interchangeable.
