It should not be administered when the user is wearing contact lenses, and it should never be used for longer than two weeks unless your doctor has told you otherwise.
Some of the most common side effects of Alrex include mild eye irritation, increased sensitivity to light, headache, runny nose, and sore throat. These side effects typically subside as your body adjusts to the medication, but if you have any side effects that last a long time or become severe, tell your doctor.
