The Trianex coupon is good for up to $50 on a 17 gram tube of Trianex or up to $100 for an 85 gram tube of Trianex. This is a pretty good deal considering that the 17 gram tube normally retails for about $80 and the 85 gram tube sells for in the $200 vicinity.
Trianex Coupon Miscellaneous Information:
- Patient pays the first $15 for the Trianex 17 gram tube; the coupon pays the remaining balance up to $50; any residual costs are paid by the patient.
- Patient pays the first $15 for the Trianex 85 gram tube; the coupon pays the remaining balance up to $100; any residual costs if any are paid by the patient.
- Maximum value of Trianex coupon is $50 per prescription for the Trianex $17 gram tube and $100 for the Trianex 85 gram tube.
- Limit 1 Trianex coupon per prescription per patient for the lifetime of the program.

Submit claim to the Restat; patient's Primary Payer first, then submit the balance due to Restat as a secondary Payer as a copay only billing using a valid Other Coverage Code (EG 8).
