If he does not have a Sepracor representative who is responsible for Omnaris, he should call the Sepracor customer service center at 1-888-394-7377 and request that a representative stop by and drop off the coupons.
Explanation: This is known as a co-pay reduction card; Sepracor will pay the difference between your co-pay and $25 up to $75.00.
- Patients may not request these coupons.
- Pharmacists may not request these coupons.
Only practitioners who normally prescribe breathing medications (i.e., allergists, pulmonary doctors, family practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, etc.) qualify to participate in this program.
This program is generally not appropriate for doctors who do not routinely prescribe breathing medicines (such as surgeons, retired doctors, gynecologists, cardiologists, oncologists, etc.)
