Nizoral Generics & Similar Drugs
Nizoral Generics & Similar Drugs:
A generic—ketoconazole—is available, but it's important to note that there are only alternate brands for the retired topical form (e.g., Ketozole, Xolegel) used to treat ringworm and jock itch, not the tablet antifungal used in more serious circumstances. You should not confuse the prescription medication with the over-the-counter Nizoral shampoo, which is not used as an antifungal at all. Remember to check Internet Drug Coupons for discounts on any brand name or generic antifungal that your doctor prescribes.
