Directions:

Visit the consumer portion of the website and enter your information (name address, etc).  You will be brought to a screen where you can print your coupon.

When visiting as drug store in person:

Fill out the coupon carefully and hand it to the pharmacist along with your valid prescription for Megace ES.  The coupon is worth up to $25 of your insurance copay.  The amount of the coupon can not exceed the amount of your copay.

If you buy your medicines online or via mail-order, or if your pharmacist does not accept the coupon:

Fill out the coupon carefully and mail it along with the pharmacy insurance receipt NOT THE CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.  The pharmacy insurance receipt has your name on it along with the drug name, prescription number, amount you paid, date, etc. 

Circle the product name, date and the amount you paid and mail it in along with the coupon to address listed on the coupon.

They claim you will get your $25 in 2 weeks.

You Should Know That in most cases, you can use the coupon to pay for your copay.  Drug coupons are prohibited in certain states.  Check with your local pharmacy to make sure that this offer is valid in your state.

If you are a cash paying customer, in order to maximize your savings, we suggest that you call three (3) drugstores to price your prescription.  Prices for cash paying customers can vary between drugstores by as much as 20%.
