If your doctor does not have any of these coupons he needs to get in touch with his King representative who promotes Avinza® .
If he does not have a King representative who promotes Avinza® , he should call the King customer service center at 1 (888) 840-5370 and request that a representative stop by to explain how the program works and drop off the coupons.
If your doctor is unable to meet with a King representative he may not be able obtain these coupons
- Patients may not request these coupons.
- Pharmacists may not request these coupons.
Only practitioners who normally prescribe pain medications (i.e., pain specialists, surgeons, oncologists, family practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, etc.) qualify to participate in this program.
This program is generally not appropriate for doctors who do not routinely prescribe diabetes medicines (such as retired doctors, allergists, dentists, gynecologists, cardiologists, oncologists, etc.)
